Return Policy

We offer a 7 Days Return Policy for all New Items in their original packing. Damaged/ Defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories. Return facility is available only via self-returns. Return Pick Up facility is not available on these items.

If your purchase has been damaged during shipping, kindly report it to us within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to process a damage claim after 7 days of delivery. Once we receive your message, a damage claim will be filed, the product will be returned to us, and a replacement will be shipped at our expense. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

If your item was damaged during shipment, kindly intimate us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item at no cost to you. We must be notified of the damage and intention to return with 7 days of delivery. We request you to send us a photograph of the damaged item including any damage to the packing.
