1. At TELE NET, we believe in delivering your products with care, and for the same we partner with only reputed national couriers. For shipping within India and outside India, the charges are free. Depending on the courier partner, shipping times may vary. Do look for specific shipping information on the respective pages. As soon as your product has been couriered, we will email you the package tracking details.

2. CANCELLATIONS - Do take time to make your order, as unfortunately, we cannot accept order change or cancellation requests once a product has been bought from the Telenet site. Once bought, it will be shipped to the location of your choice.

3. We offer a 7 Days Return Policy for all New Items in their original packing. Damaged/ Defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories. Return facility is available only via self-returns. Return Pick Up facility is not available on these items.

4. Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

5. Please enter your shipping address carefully and if there is mistake in delivery address you shall be responsible to bear the shipping charges.
